We appointed Hunters to sell our house in Foxrock, based on a very strong recommendation from a friend who had just concluded a sale with Hunters as the agent.    From the start, Hunters were professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with.    Rowena and her team gave excellent advice at all stages of the process and secured a value well in excess of our asking price, within a short timeframe.   Everything ran smoothly from start to finish and we wouldn’t for a moment hesitate recommending Hunters to anybody looking to sell their home.

We decided to use Hunters to put our house on the market as we had experienced their professionalism when viewing other properties in the area.   Once we contacted Hunters the response was immediate and within a few weeks the house was on the Market. Bearing in mind the time of year we believed we may have to wait until Spring to complete a sale.   The brochure and video reflected all the positive elements of the property. We purchased a property in Dublin and Clare Fahy of Hunters was the seller's agent. She was professional and responsive throughout the entire process and worked with the seller's solicitor to see that the purchase was closed in a timely manner.

We recently sold a property in Killiney using Hunters. Finuala Byrne and Rowena Quinn were very helpful from the outset in terms of suggestions for staging the property and advice on the range at which to pitch the price. Finuala was always very helpful and easy to deal with and constantly kept us updated after viewings.
